Zurich

Today, we took the bus to the flughafen. That means we went to the airport. There, we got on a train to Zurich main station. Then, we started to just walk around.
Here is a cool fountain. You need a very small head to get a drink because the area where you put your head in is very narrow.

Here is a normal fountain. They had fountains everywhere in Zurich. This was good so we didn't have to worry about our water bottles getting empty.

Here is the water dispensing area.

Here is a look out over the river.

This is a narrow street that has apartments and stores in it. Sometimes we see restaurants. These types of streets were everywhere.

Here's a giant crane

This is ME!

Me again. And Ethan

Here I am being pushed by Ethan on a spider web swing

Here Ethan and I are in a tree.

The twin towers. These have become a symbol of Zurich.

Here is a statue of a woman. It's honoring all the woman who defended the city in 1292 against an attack.

Giant chess board

Here I am, my mom and Ethan (I'm on the left)

Here is a clock tower. It's 28 feet across.

Overlooking the city. We climbed up 200 stairs to the top of the twin towers and took pictures.

The very top of the twin towers.

Me and Ethan at the top

Back on the ground again, looking up

  2. Looks like my last comment just disappeared - I will try again. Your pictures are great of the buildings and especially the cheese. It looks delicious. Was the spider web swing as much fun as it looks?
